Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not working
  • You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered)
  • The item is materially different from its description on our website

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing
  • The return request is made after the eligibility window

2. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp (+92 328 2892515) or email (info@gagdetree.pk) within the eligibility period
  2. Share your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo/video of the product
  3. Our team will review your request and confirm the next steps within 24-48 hours

3. Return Shipping

  • If the issue is due to our error (wrong/defective item), Gadgetree will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind (where accepted), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed via:

  • Original payment method (for prepaid orders), or
  • Bank transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash (for COD orders)

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

5. Exchanges

If you’d prefer an exchange instead of a refund (e.g., different size, color, or a replacement unit), let us know when you submit your return request, and we will arrange it based on stock availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or is not working, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with an unboxing video/photo, so we can process a replacement or refund quickly.
